From your dashboard you can add many Listings as you wish to your educator pages. A listing can be a Lesson, Course or Event you wish to promote, which can include a whole array of information such as the description, time, day and duration of your offering. On your Listing is also the 'Request to Enrol' and 'Enquire' buttons to make it easy for students to act, and for you to receive enrolments quickly.
Your full educator pages is shareable on social in the same way your can share anything on social media. But with this page, the call to act buttons 'Request to Book' and 'Enquire' are but one click away, so you can receive enrolments into your dashboard super easily.
Your educator page complete with your online store of lessons, courses and events can be seamlessly embedded in your own website, so from your visitor's perspective it feels like they still within your website.
Within the My Listings section of your dashboard you can manage everything related to your listings and what visitors see such includes images, descriptions, schedules and availability. You can at a click 'post', 'unpost', 'edit', and 'delete' your listings. Everything you do with your listings within My Listings in your dashboard is updated automatically on your educator page, and your embedded page within your website.
Your listings can contain as many session options as you wish. A session option is a specific time, day, days or dates that your lesson, course or event is available for enrolments and bookings. You may have a Saturday morning session or Saturday afternoon session. Or even timeslots in your day(s) available for tutorial bookings. You can set the number of people who can join specific sessions, so you only get as many enrolments as you are capable of handling (one up to x). You can also set the 'available until' date if you only want enrolments up until a certain date, or select the 'indefinite' option if you wish for the session to be available until you decide to 'unpost' it.
Your sales will be process by Stripe the leading online payments provider. All your customer details such as their credit card credentials are not viewable or saved within the platform, and funds received from your customers are held within Stripe and processed direct to your bank account upon completion of the lesson, course or event. A great deal of care has been taken to secure yours and your customers' financial credentials by hosting the payment mechanism within a 3rd party provider who specialises in secure payment solutions.
You have the ability to offer your students and customers a regular payment feature for lessons that occur on regular intervals, such as weekly or monthly. This means that all you need to do is confirm at a click that the the payment is due, and the payment will be debited from your student's credit card and processed into your bank account via Stripe's secure payment platform. It's literally that easy.
Should your business need to charge sales tax on every sale, you can enable GST / VAT / Sales Tax and set the % to be charged on every sale from your dashboard. Your transaction history and reporting also lets you see exactly how much sales tax you have collected for every transaction and in total, in order for you to be able to provide the bulk payment to your tax authorities when you need to.
The 'Enquire' button is available on all Sessions within Listings, this means that a student or customer can make specific enquiries on sessions, and you will receive that message within your Messages in your dashboard with a copy sent to your email. Enquiries are therefore easy to track specific to session options.
The 'Request to Enrol' button is available on all session options within Listings. This makes receiving enrolments and bookings super easy for your students and customers and also for yourself. All requests are viewable within your Listing Enrolments & Bookings in your dashboard. You can 'accept' or 'decline' the request, and at the same time even sent a message to the or customer.
You have an easy to use table of all enrolments and bookings on all your sessions within Listings. The table is easy to navigate and comes complete with search and filter if you wish to only see enrolments for a specific listing, session and student.
You can save and post an unlimited number of course listings with as many session options as you wish. A session option is a specific date and time the course is run. A course and its sessions can run for as many dates and times as you wish. You simply pick the dates and times from a calendar picker, the price you wish to charge and whether it's online or offline. You can also specify student criteria for sessions, such as 'toddlers age 1 to 2', 'puppies age 8 to 12 weeks', 'Beginners' or 'intermediate', 'Saturday AM' or 'Sunday AM'. The criteria is up really to you.

Group lessons are similar to Private Lessons with the difference being you can set the number of students that can attend your lessons. Therefore once the maximum number has reached, students can no longer enrol. This helps a great deal and saves educators a lot of time wasted with scheduling.
You can create many different options for dates and times of lessons, courses and events. Such as set dates and times for a pack of lessons or a course. Or continuous lessons that go on indefinitely on a specific date and time of the week. Or just a one-off lesson date for a course or event.
You can specify cancellation, changes to enrolments, refund options and payment terms to your listings. Once you set your term on each listing the system will automate and implement the term, such as allow changes if you've allowed it, send notifications and reminders on your behalf, and ensure payment occurs.
If you normally charge extra charges such as a deposit and one-off payments for books and materials, you can add these charges to your listing, and the charge will be included and paid automatically by the student or attendee on the first payment.
If you normally charge tax on every sale, you can set the % amount in your settings in your dashboard, and every sale you make will collect this fee on your behalf. All sales tax collected is available to you on a report on your Transaction History.
You can access you full income history records, including processed transaction (deposited into your bank account), unprocessed transactions (waiting for transaction completion), GST, VAT, sales Tax, and any service fees paid. All of these are filterable by certain data such as time frame and student details.
You can set-up specific days and times for ongoing lessons, or one-off dates for a course or event, or event specific dates and times for a set-number of lessons.
