Understanding your full income history

To view your full income history, Login and proceed to the Dashboard Page.

Click Payments / Income found at the left side of the page. The link will open the Income page.

Then click the View Full Income History button to be redirected at Income History page.

At the Income History page, there will be 2 tables which are Total Income and Pending Transactions.

Note: If you currently do not have any transactions as yet then this message will appear, “Once you have accepted enrolments and bookings, and have receive income from those enrolments and bookings on your Listings, you will see your accounts here.”

Total Income table contains the following information: 

Currency: The currency you have selected at account set-up stage.

Total Money Received: Monies received from students enrolling and booking into your Listings.

Total Processed: Monies that have been processed into your bank account via the Stripe Payment gateway.

Total Unprocessed; Monies received but still not processed into your bank account.

Total Stripe Merchant & Service Fees: The fees you pay for using the Edtivities e-commerce services and the credit card processing service from Stripe

Total GST/VAT/Sales Tax: If you have opted to collect tax on your sales, this is the amount you have collected so far. You will be required to forward this amount to your tax country's tax authority.

Total Refunded: Total monies that you have refunded.

Pending Transactions table contains the following information:

Payment Date: The date the monies were received.

Details: Details of the enrolment or booking.

Enrolment Ref: The reference number automatically provided to each enrolment or booking. 

From: The person you received the monies from.

Payment Reference: The reference number automatically provided to each payment or money received.

GST/VAT/Sales Tax: Amount collected by your on each transaction.

Amount: The amount of each sale.
