Resetting your password
To reset your password, go to Login page and click the 'Log In' button.
Click the 'Forgot Password'? link. The link will redirect you to the Forgot Password page.
Enter the email address associated to your Edtivities account. Then click Request Reset Password Link to proceed.
A prompt will appear informing you to reset the password, following which an email will be sent to you.
Open the email sent by Edtivities. The subject is 'Forgot password' and the message should contain the link to reset your password.
Click the hyperlink ‘Click here to reset your password now.’ The link will redirect you to the Create New Password page.
Enter your new password, twice, to make sure that the password is correct. Then click Save & Continue to proceed.
A prompt will appear to confirm that the password has been successfully changed and you can now use the new password to login into Edtivities.
